Although there is several reasons behind this cause like inadequate nutrients in food and the factor to be emphasized here is lack of exercise. People today concentrate more on earning but never worry about their health which should be proper for earning. In spite of several awareness programs and other campaigns people still do not consider this issue as serious.

Of course it is waste of worrying after being subjected to these issues because although there are several treatments yet those are not effective. It is a kind advice to the people to spend at least half-an-hour which stimulates their blood circulation. The significant factor is that it not only keeps you physically fit but also mentally fit. It is not only the exercise that keeps you fit but also healthy diet practice will contribute a lot to your health.
